Lorlett Hudson is commonly known as ‘the Woman of Proverbs’. She is a powerful advocate for personal development and social change. This inspirational woman has won several awards for her expertise in life-coaching and invention.

She is an inventor , motivational speaker, seminar leader, intuitive facilitator and social entrepreneur. She specializes in capacity building and invents strategies to teach individuals how to grow self to grow  others. She started One Hand Cant Clap, out of her vision to tackle education underachievement and  valuing cultural heritage.  Jamaican born Lorlett came to Britain as a young teenager and lived in Hackney. She now lives in Leytonstone and is a mother with a grown up daughter. From humble beginnings in administration to working in corporate Britain at all levels, Lorlett found  her purpose after discovering personal development for her self and now instrumentally sharing her learning experience with the world.She works with individuals, schools, learning organizations and other social institutions raising aspirations, levels of achievement and enhancing personal effectiveness.

She trained in effective communications, professional development, counselling, life coaching and transformational leadership. Her wide career and experiences led her to setting up One Hand Cant Clap which is an ancestral saying, meaning that it is better to work collectively rather than in isolation.
