Availability Of Goods You Order
If One Hand Cant Clap has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by One Hand Cant Clap from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and One Hand Cant Clap will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. One Hand Cant Clap will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Delivery Of Goods To You
a. One Hand Cant Clap will post the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give One Hand Cant Clap at the time you make your order. The consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. For non-UK destinations, the consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. Each item ordered will be treated as a separate sale and will be shipped and paid for separately.
b. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of despatch of the order.
c. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order through this website. In placing an order on One Hand Cant Clap you are making an offer to purchase subject to these terms and conditions. Once we have despatched an order, confirmation will be sent by email to you and we will deem this a binding contract. Each order will be a separate contract.
d. International postage is subject to a separate charge. Upon receipt of payment for the postage the goods will be despatched and a confirmation email will be sent together with an estimated delivery time.
e. You will become the owner of goods only once we have received payment in full for the goods and any delivery charges associated with the order. We reserve the right of tracing, where goods have not been paid for in full. Returns policy
In the event of One Hand Cant Clap sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to One Hand Cant Clap within 30 days. One Hand Cant Clap reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which One Hand Cant Clap confirms we will issue a replacement. You must inform us within 7 working days of receipt if you wish to claim a refund or replacement. If you choose to be refunded and a delivery charge was made for your order, this will also be refunded. You must notify us within 7 working days of receipt if an order is incorrect or incomplete. You must also ensure that any goods supplied in error or in excess of your order are returned in as-new resalable condition in their original unmarked packaging. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses, which you may suffer if we do not supply goods.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices shown are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
All payments must be made in UK pounds sterling at the time of placing an order.
